1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Tiers
To ensure fairness and pharmaceutical-grade handling, our shipping fees are calculated based on your total order value. All shipments are fully tracked and insured from our Netherlands warehouse to your door.

2. Fulfillment Timelines & Logic

Standard Processing: We aim to dispatch all orders within one business day.

Cut-off Times: Orders placed after 2:00 PM CET (Monday–Friday) will be processed the following business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

Tracking: A unique tracking link will be sent automatically as soon as your label is created. This link remains valid across international borders for real-time monitoring.
3. International Trade & Customs Compliance

Customer Responsibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to verify if products (including supplements, Bio-edibles, and CBD) are legal for import into their specific country.

Duties and Taxes: All international import duties, VAT, or local brokerage fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs Seizure: Topbrands2go is not liable for orders seized, destroyed, or delayed by local customs authorities. No refunds will be issued for items refused entry by your country's border control.
4. Address Accuracy & Recipient Responsibility

Address Integrity: The customer is 100% responsible for providing a valid, deliverable shipping address.

Unsuccessful Delivery: If a package is returned to us as "Undeliverable" or "Refused," a refund will be issued for the products minus the original shipping costs and a return-processing fee.

Signature Protocol: For security and insurance purposes, most international and high-value orders require a signature upon delivery.
5. Force Majeure & Logistics Disruptions
Topbrands2go shall not be held liable for delays or failure to deliver resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including:

6. Order Modifications & Cancellations
Because our fulfillment is automated for speed, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered our system. For urgent requests, contact us at +31 850 60 5951 immediately. If an order has already been dispatched, the customer must follow our standard Returns Policy at their own expense.
