It is a natural product, which means that the oil can sometimes be a bit viscous. This is a natural process and therefore underlines the quality of our product. Instructions for use CBD hemp oil 10% Extra strong
Internal use:Adults: The oil is easy to dose by placing one drop under the tongue twice a day. This corresponds to 10 mg CBD per dose (two drops). Maximum four drops per day. Take the drops throughout the day and keep them in your mouth for about one minute before swallowing. The advice is to slowly increase the dosage, which differs per person. Do not exceed recommended daily dosage.
External use:
Massage a few drops onto the skin.
