Instructions
Use 15 to 20 sprays daily (approx. 375 mg Magnesium = 100% Recommended Daily Allowance). Let it sit on the skin for at least 10 minutes. Then rinse if desired. You may experience a warm feeling and/or tingling, which indicates that the magnesium is being absorbed.
